HIGH SCHOOL ASSISTANT PRINCIPAL (12-Month):
Assists in providing leadership for the continuous improvement of student achievement for all.
Manages the day-to-day operations of the school. Work includes
responsibility for implementing instructional programs, directing staff,
enforcing school rules, district policies and procedures, and Pennsylvania
laws regarding the operation of schools, and representing the school to the

Cyber Coordinator/Math Intervention Specialist (High School)
*Certification: Math (7-12) or Special Education *
· Responsible for enrolling students (K-12) in the cyber program
· Communicate weekly progress with students and parents
· Create guidelines for student progress that allows them to complete
courses in reasonable time
· Collaborate with the teacher of record for each course, to make courses
rigorous, while allowing students to experience success
· Work with the administration, guidance department, and teachers to
develop guidelines for the cyber program (ex. transition from face to face
instruction to cyber or vice versa)
· Set and communicate grading deadlines for cyber teachers each nine weeks
· Hold a meeting with cyber teachers at the beginning of each school year
to communicate guidelines and expectations
· Contact the parents of students that have left the District, and recruit
them to return to Freedom
· Responsible for monitoring student attendance, and communicating it on a
weekly basis with the appropriate attendance secretary
· Work with teachers of record to make sure that grades are current
· Conduct a beginning of the year meeting with students and their parents
· Pull students for individual and/or group interventions
· Work with teachers to identify students that need extra
support/enrichment

High School Business/Technology Teacher (Grades 9-12)
The Business/Technology Teacher will have a thorough background in the
areas of personal finance and economics. This individual should also have
experience teaching the Google Suite of Applications (Google Slides, Sites,
Forms, and Sheets). Experience with Photoshop and other Adobe Applications
(Premier Pro, After Effects, Illustrator) is also desirable. Candidates
must have exemplary communication skills as well as the ability to engage
and connect with all students and will work collaboratively on
interdisciplinary and departmental teams. Current Acts 34, 151, and 114

(10) Hours of ESY Academic Instruction per Week for up to Forty-Five (45)

● Two (2) Certified Speech Therapists to Provide One (1) Hour of Speech
Therapy per Week for up to Twenty-Five (25) Students for Three (3) Weeks of
ESY Services
● Four (4) Paraprofessionals to work with Students for up to Ten (10)

● One (1) Certified School Nurse to work in the Elementary Schools for up

● One (1) Personal Care Assistant/Aide to work with Individual Students for

● Two (2) Prevention Specialists or School Counselors to provide up to Four

Minimum Requirements:
PA state clearances, Act 126 Mandated Reporter Training, and TB test results
Day to Day Substitute Teachers: $125.00/day
Long-Term Substitute Teachers (20 + days): $135.00/day
Active PA teaching certificates, inactive teaching certifications, or ACT 86 for college students with 60+ credits in education will be accepted. If you or someone you know holds a Bachelor’s degree, contact the local Kelly branch to learn more about emergency certification.
