We will require one form for each child requiring transportation. Your child will not be scheduled for transportation if a completed form is not submitted to the Freedom Area School District. Forms must be submitted no later than July 1st of every school year in order to receive busing for the first week of school. If your busing needs change or your address information changes, please fill out another form and submit it ASAP. Thank you very much for your cooperation in this matter.
