Partnership for Food Safety Education's Fight BAC
The Nutrition Department strongly believes in food safety.  We have taken steps to ensure that every meal served is not only nutritious but, is safely prepared. Our department has 12 employees who have taken the Serve Safe Class and passed the exam making them a certified food handler.
