Outside food and snacks will be limited in the K-8 school environment. Families may pack their own child's lunch with items of their choice. The district will not limit home-brought lunch selections for individual students. However, the district will not allow outside-the-building snacks and food to be brought into schools for the purpose of sharing with other students. Food Services has provided food options for classroom celebrations, and attached is a sample document outlining possible considerations, which can be purchased for classroom parties. However, Food Services will need to confirm classroom dietary and allergy considerations prior to completing the order, so please plan accordingly. Time will be needed in advance.
